Spring Recess Travel Plans ... Important Safety Protocol

In an effort to keep all students and staff safe at Newmark, we ask that you follow important safety guidelines if you plan to travel over Spring Recess.

General Reminders:

• Stay vigilant and follow the CDC guidelines
• Notify Newmark at covid@newmarkeducation.com if you and your child plan to travel or have traveled to any state besides NY, PA, CT, DE.  If so, your child will need to follow the protocol below to return to school after travel:
  • To return in 7 days after travel:
    • Stay home and self-quarantine for 7 full days
    • Get  a PCR test (not Rapid Antigen)  5 days after travel AND
    • Send covid@newmarkeducation.com the results so your child can resume onsite classes.
  • To return in 10 days after travel:
    • Stay home and self-quarantine for 10 full days.  No test required.

Notify covid@newmarkeducation.com of your travel plans and on returning to school based on the above information and complete the Request for Instruction Change Form on the PowerSchool
