Newmark High School Mission and Philosophy

Newmark High School is committed to preparing our students for success as they leave high school and enter the next phase of their lives. The cornerstone of each student’s development is an individually tailored, comprehensive academic program that utilizes an interactive, technology-infused approach. Classroom learning is rounded out with training in social skills and responsible decision-making that will help our students navigate the challenges of our complex world.

Our goal at Newmark High School is to train students to think independently, and give them the skills necessary to confidently manage their environment outside of the classroom. Our program includes counseling and career components designed to build “real world” skills, develop problem solving skills and increase the levels of proficiency needed for independent living, post secondary education or professional training upon graduation.
